About Us

At Golden Wellness, we believe wellness is a birthright—not a luxury. We are a community center for those seeking belonging, purpose, and a place to grow. Whether you’re here for a meditation in art class, a youth group, cooperative learning, or to simply be in a space where healing happens—this is for you.

Born out of a vision to restore connection in an increasingly disconnected world, Golden Wellness exists to serve Golden and surrounding community with inclusive programming across generations. We’re home to civic and youth groups, book clubs, mental health resources, creative workshops, and movement classes.

  • Youth Empowerment

    A safe space for youth to connect, express, & lead. From art circles to peer-led discussions and social action protects our youth groups prioritize mental health, identity, and voice.

  • Community & Civic Groups

    We gather neighbors, leaders, and changemakers to explore local action, emotional resilience, and belonging.

  • Art for All Ages

    From finger painting to watercolor still life, our art groups are multigenerational and joyfully messy. No perfection, no pressure — just the healing power of expression in a community that sees the beauty in the process.

  • Community Book Club

    We read stories that move the soul. Monthly selections center themes of healing, justice, identity, and growth—paired with gentle discussion and warm connection.

  • Parenting Groups & Classes

    Parenting is sacred — and often overwhelming. Our groups offer a place to learn, exhale, and connect with others who get it. From respectful parenting workshops to caregiver support circles, we help parents build connection-centered homes and find their own inner steadiness.

  • Mental Health Circle

    Led by trained facilitators and peer mentors, these circles offer reflection, emotional processing, and practical tools for well-being. Sliding scale and community-funded spots available.
